Visit the NYC inspired oyster bar, bakery and grill, Darby’s in Embassy Gardens for an Aperitivo Hour like no other. Guests can enjoy black, bubbles and rock ‘n’ roll, alongside fresh oysters served by the half dozen.
Kitty Hawk Head Bartender Osvaldo Romito has created a much-loved cocktail list, including the ‘Smoking Bag’ with whisky bourbon, Kahlua and foam merengue enjoyed alongside delicious bar snacks such as chickpea fries with chimichurri, pork pie and piccalilli, smoked almonds and lamb tartare with hung yoghurt, soured cabbage and lamb fat toast.
Flat Iron in London Bridge serves their cocktails alongside something different – Wagyu dipping fries. Enjoy the tasty treat with a zesty Makrut Mime Caipieinha for an alternative palate-cleanser.
Residence on the Roof, Four Seasons
Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square has opened the doors to an exclusive rooftop bar where Head Bartender, Harry Nikolou has created a menu of seasonal cocktails. Highlights include The Mexican, a twist on the classic margarita with mango and agave. Drinks will be enjoyed with carefully selected bar snacks, including dim sum, sushi rolls and salads.
Adding a German twist to Italian tradition, Lino, the all-day bar and restaurant, will be offering guests Sauer House. Every day between 4-7pm guests can get a portion of sauerkraut and cheddar croquettes with truffle mayonnaise and a Shrub Sour cocktail for a tenner.
