25 October marks World Pasta Day – here are the Italian eateries we recommend visiting this year!

Pasta Remoli
Pasta Remoli has launched a ‘Pasta-Fest’ for October in celebration of World Pasta Day. On Sunday 25th October, Pasta Remoli will be giving away 30 of their pasta dishes at each of their restaurants across London to the first guests through the doors who quote ‘pasta lover’ to the Remoli team. The successful guest will be able to take their pick from three dishes: gnocchi arrabbiata, truffle ravioli in butter and sage sauce or a maccheroncini bolognese. Throughout October, guests will also get 50% off their food bill across all Pasta Remoli restaurants from Monday-Wednesday.
Pasta Evangelists
Apparently, a quarter of 18-35 year olds’ favourite leftover breakfast food is pasta — yes, really. Hot off the back of this knowledge, Pasta Evangelists has collaborated with Tabasco and Eggbreak to create a special range of brunch pasta kits that pasta-lovers can have delivered to their homes. From Full English tortellini stuffed with wild mushroom and pork sausage (complete with Bloody Mary breadcrumbs) to Carbonara ‘porridge’ made with orzo and crispy pancetta, it’s an unusual concept but tastes incredible.
Emilia’s Crafted Pasta
Emilia’s Crafted Pasta are giving away free pasta to all of their TikTok and Instagram followers on World Pasta Day. Simply show them the proof on your phone and receive one free fresh pasta dish per person per sitting between 12-4pm and 5-10pm on Sunday 25th Oct. The seven scrumptious pasta options at the Aldgate restaurant include pappardelle with slow-cooked bolognese and casarecce with homemade pesto.
Pastaio
Pastaio’s delicious fresh pasta dishes include green spinach spaghetti, crucsco chilli, rocket puree & breadcrumbs and eight-hour beef & porcini bolognese tagliatelle. At both sites in Soho and Westfield London, kids will eat free on World Pasta Day and for the week after, in-line with half term. This applies to all children under 12 dining with a paying adult, and only to the dedicated children’s menu.
Il Pampero
Il Pampero are launching a new delicious Italian brunch menu on 7 November. However, if you can’t wait until then, pasta-lovers can enjoy Chef Carmine’s new dish at home for World Pasta Day. The Squid Ink Tortelli is stuffed with tiger prawns and lime served with a pecorino and pepper sauce. If you live within the SW1X postcode, order by 22 October for collection or delivery on 24 or 25 October.
