It’s the perfect opportunity to preview some exclusive Edinburgh Fringe material ahead of the crowds this summer. Enjoy a unique blend of laugh out loud comedy coupled with delicious cocktails, outdoor garden games and BBQ food in one of London’s best rooftop venues.

FIZ POP-UP

London’s first sparkling wine bar pops up this summer, courtesy of Fiz. They are on a mission to change the way we drink bubbles and are waving goodbye to pretentious, pricey champagne bars. Fiz has a straightforward menu of 10 wines, as well as a range of summer spritzers, ciders and craft beers. Check out the bottomless sparkling brunch; it’s set to occur every weekend this summer with unlimited bubbles on offer for £22 per person.

On 24th June, Ceviche Old St’s menu will be transformed by some of London’s favourite DJs and chefs, cooking up their favourite dishes and turning their hands to the decks.

The Goring are bringing all that’s fabulous about Cornwall to Belgravia this summer. Expect the best produce, the best fish, the best wines, the best lobsters and the best local chefs up the M5. ‘A Taste of Cornwall at The Goring’ is a three-month-long celebration of the sea, popping up in the hotel’s private gardens. The Goring’s Michelin-starred Chef Shay Cooper has worked with Rick Stein and his son, Jack Stein, to create a Cornish-inspired menu. It’s all served in the sunshine with a glass of Cornish rosé.  Close your eyes and you can almost hear the sea.
