Blow off steam and the stresses of city life with some of London’s best kidult activities
In a non-stop, high-pressure capital city like London, regressing back to childhood has a lot of appeal. Luckily there are kidult activities in abundance so blowing off steam has never been more fun. From ball pits with bars, to sleepovers and shuffleboard clubs, London is beginning to look a lot like a giant adult playground. Here are a few of our favourites.

Bounce
Bounce is a game-changer in social entertainment. Ping Pong is at the heart of this venue which offers individual games and group activities. Additionally, a huge 30 person competition takes place each week called ‘Round the Table Fridays’. The Crystal Maze

Ballie Ballerson
Ballie Ballerson is essentially an adult ball pit where you can get bottomless prosecco and spaghetti. The underground club is kitted out with 250k clear balls on an LED dancefloor and the cocktails are even more fun. They are themed around the planets – Neptune is based on charcoal and liquid nitrogen; the helium rich Saturn is garnished with a floating balloon; and Uranus is undrinkable until you’ve eaten the Miracle Berry pill provided. As far as exercise goes, bouncing around on a giant trampoline is about as fun as it gets. Oxygen has 150 connected trampolines, an obstacle course, foam pit, dodgeball, jumping runway and more. Sleepover at the Natural History Museum
London has some weird and wonderful places to spend the night but they don’t come much cooler than the Natural History Museum.
