Royal Wedding Cookery Class at Borough Market

If you’ve ever been curious to taste the exact dishes served at the Royal Weddings, then these one-day cooking classes hosted by Chef Katherine Frelon are for you. Katherine has had the privilege to cook for the royals before and with her numerous years of experience, these classes will leave you with the knowledge to feast like a king or queen every night. The menu features the Chicken Supreme from Diana’s Wedding and the fillet of Sole Mountbatten from Her Majesty’s very own wedding day. Finish the day by mastering the lemon and elderflower wedding cake that will be served at Prince Harry and Meghan’s enchanting wedding. The classes will take place in Borough Market where guests will learn how to select fresh produce straight from the market before enjoying a demo from Katherine herself, paired with glasses of wine. We recommend just a glass or two because soon after you’ll be stepping into the kitchen yourself to begin mastering the royal dishes.
