Feel the sun on your face as you sip a 'Blues Beater' smoothie at London's first ever Vitamin D Pop-Up Bar
Europe’s leading health app, Lifesum has partnered with juice company Crussh to boost the morale of the London masses with the Capital’s first ever Vitamin D Bar.
With HQs in Sweden, Lifesum is all too familiar with long periods of Nordic winter darkness. An average of seven hours of sunlight in January means that nutrients play a vital role in the physical and mental well-being of the population.
Visitors to Crussh stores can purchase the ‘Blues Beater powered by Lifesum’ smoothie, specifically designed to raise vitamin D levels and combat the winter blues. The smoothie, available in all 27 Crussh stores across London, features key blues-busters such as blueberries, spinach, banana, as well as a Vitamin D booster and Kefir, a fermented milk drink that adds natural protein and calcium as well as a hit of gut friendly bacteria.
Alongside this, the New Street Square Crussh store has been kitted out with SAD Lightboxes so that visitors to the store can get a healthy dose of sunlight at the same time.
