British modernist brasserie Hoi Polloi will be serving an exquisite sharing Valentine’s Day dessert designed by Ace Hotel Pittsburgh’s esteemed pastry chef, Casey Renee and Ace Hotel London’s, Michael Korzelius. Expect distinct and indulgent flavours of raspberry and chocolate blended into a delightful exclusive Chocolate Raspberry Fourplay, accompanied by four gluten-free mini desserts. The selection is one that anyone will fall in love with: a dark chocolate ganache cake with a chocolate glaze and gold leaf, a raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake with a ginger spiced cookie crumb, raspberry and almond macaroons and bittersweet mint chocolate truffles filled with a mint ganache, rolled in raspberry cookie flakes and accompanied by a dark chocolate sorbet.

At the stylish Savile Row Sartoria, Chef Patron Francesco Mazzei has created a decadent four-course menu that features a delicious sweet that everyone will fall for. PAUL has created the perfect pâtisserie to send hearts aflutter this Valentine’s Day. The popular Sweethearts Cakes are back for the big day in two delicious flavours. First up is the indulgently dark Coeur Craquant St. Valentin, with chocolate sponge and a rich chocolate mousse filling. The other is a pretty pastel pink Coeur Fraisier St. Valentin made with light and airy Genoese sponge topped with fresh mousseline cream, strawberries and pink marzipan. The perfect pair to share.

Ladurée is celebrating love with the Ladurée à la folie collection, a sweet selection of macarons flavoured with rose and lychee and housed in a pretty keepsake gift box. Alongside these are two exclusive pastries, one, a luxurious Saint-Honoré which blends light vanilla cream and raspberry confit perfumed with fresh ginger and with a touch of lime chantilly cream. The second is a Religieuse; a delicious combination of cream, cherry compote and candied cherries, finished with red-coloured marzipan and miniature white chocolate hearts.
