Belgravia bakery Dominique Ansel will be turning their pastry case pink this year using ingredients and flavours such as pink guava, fresh berries, pink champagne, hibiscus and pink Himalayan sea salt. The pastries make perfect gifts, suitable for boyfriends, girlfriends, friends and family. Spice things up with the Chilli Chocolate Éclair filled with Mexican hot chocolate cream with a hint of chilli.

Pierre Hermé Paris have released a romantic range of heart shaped pastries, chocolates and macarons just in time for Valentine’s Day. The gorgeous deep red Syrine box hides 24 assorted rose and rose petal and salted butter caramel macarons within.

Butterscotch, the West London bakery, have launched a limited edition range of Valentine’s bakes, handmade by founder Bea. The range collection includes love potions and heart cupcakes with flavours of red velvet, raspberry, vanilla and vegan gluten free chocolate truffle. Make the gift extra personal with a heart shaped love note stamped on top.
