Tim Tam Martini

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS: 

Tim Tam Martini:

  • 50ml of 42 below honey
  • 60ml of Espresso
  • 25ml of Kahlua
  • 2bsp of Sugar syrup
  • ice cubes
  • Tim tam or other chocolate biscuit of choice for garnish

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:

  • Shaker
  • Fine strainer
  • Martini glass

METHOD:

Combine 2 parts sugar and 1 part boiling water to make the sugar syrup.

 

Add all ingredients and ice cubes into a shaker.

 

Shake well and fine strain into a frozen martini glass.

 

Add garnish.
