Burnout is fast becoming the next epidemic.  As a connected nation, subjected to constant stimulation combined with high levels of stress, thanks to a global pandemic, we are all in need of some help on how to live and thrive in this post pandemic world.

The Times+ Life Lessons Festival with The Times & The Sunday Times (9-11 September) is bringing together the most brilliant minds and thought leaders to help us do exactly that.  The festival’s stellar line-up features over 100 speakers all sharing their stories, ideas and attitudes on how we can take back control of our health, wealth and happiness.

The Life Lessons With main stage will see the likes of Louis Theroux, Anya Hindmarch CBE, Paloma Faith, Caitlin Moran, Steven Bartlett, Rankin, Jay Blades MBE and many more come together to share their well-informed stories, advice and real-life experiences to inspire, enlighten and entertain.

The In Good Company stage offers a series of discussions and debates from leading health, wellbeing, cultural and business mentors.  While leaders in travel, sport, adventure and self-discovery will share their real-life stories overcoming adversity on the Discovery Stage. Those looking for intimate talks with experts on personal development can take part in the Times+ Masterclass Series.
