An alternative option, admittedly, but great for couples that love to get stuck into a bit of arts and crafts. Time to get designing and drawing as you pretend to get your lovers’ name blazenly tattooed across your chest. Cocktails add to the evening’s fun as you get creative. An Indoor Ice Climb
A somewhat unique climbing experience as far climbing experiences come; Vertical Chill Ice wall is exactly what it says on the tin – a sheer face of chilly ice to scramble up with your date. Vertical Chill is based at the back of the Ellis Brigham Mountain sports store just of the strand in Covent Garden. The wall itself is housed within a refrigerated unit with viewing windows on various floors of the shop. The wall is 8m in height and ranges in steepness from a pleasant slab to a drastic overhang with everything in between.
