Ginger and coriander leaves, two of the predominant herbs in Indian cuisine are what flavours this cocktail. Wyborowa vodka shaken over a coriander and cumin syrup, fresh root ginger, fresh lemon juice and Elderflower Cordial deliver a warming zing of Indian flavours. The whole this is topped off with Garnished with a piquant dehydrated red chilli.
