The Cresta Bar at the Goring
St. Moritz in winter is a feast of opulence and glamour, with the famously hazardous Cresta Run at its heart. The Goring are celebrating the spirit of this renowned slope by transforming their veranda into the famous Sunny Bar – the Cresta Run’s unofficial clubroom. Cocktails will be the main event, especially created masterpieces by the experts at The Sunny Bar such as a sure fire favourite Winter Magic Punch and a classic Lemon Fizz. The Goring will also be serving delicious Swiss inspired canapés from chef Shay Cooper who has put his Michelin-starred twist on Tartiflette, Roesti potato and Mustard macaroon with Emmental cheese and cured ham.
