Your favourite piece from Sezane’s current collection
My favourite style from our Spring/Summer 2016 collection is the new Andrea sandals. They are an updated version of our classical Ulysse sandal – Sézane’s best seller.
Your favourite designer
French designer André Courrèges is my favourite fashion designer – he was a genius, an architect. The clothes were timeless and so beautifully crafted. My career has been heavily influenced by vintage fashion and designers such as André Courrèges. I began working in the fashion industry at the age of 18 selling and customising vintage pieces on ebay and today my designs for Sézane are often inspired by classic, vintage shapes, fabrics and patterns.

Your favourite holiday destination
I love Murtoli in Corsica and Taroudant in Morocco. Both are only three hours from Paris door-to-door and you feel like you are in a different world. I enjoy going to places that inspire me to design. when I discovered Taroudant I ended up designing a whole collection around Morocco.
Your signature scent
L’Eau Sézane that we launched last season, which is an everyday light scent -fresh and feminine. I also love Mojave Ghost/Byredo
Morgane Sezalory is the founder of Sezane, the first online fashion brand. Based in Paris, the brand is increasingly popular in the UK, with are plans for a pop-up store in London in 2016.
