My Inspirations: Deborah Baker

…from the current collection is Carnaby Camy – It’s my favourite because although it’s a boot, it still has a summery feel and shows your ankles off.

…Vivienne Westwood is by far the best because she’s so original and true to herself – and her work has spanned so many decades.

…is Anita Pallenberg – she’s beautiful, creative and genuine in her look without trying too hard.

…is Ambra Avrea by Profumum Roma as it’s very subtle and a little bit masculine.

…is No Woman No Cry by Chris Ofili.

…is The Horniman Museum in Forest Hill. Apart from the Victorian building itself it’s just a totally eclectic collection of brilliant stuff including natural history, anthropology and the wonderful musical instruments on display.
