Be inspired by the top Scandi fashion bloggers and learn how to re-create their minimalist style

Trine Kjaer is one of Denmark’s biggest fashion bloggers whose effortless style and vibrant blog, covering fashion, beauty, food, travel and interiors, has won the hearts of over 85.6k followers (and that’s just on Instagram). Her signature mussed-up waves and flawless skin have even seen her launch her own beauty line: Trine’s Wardrobe Hair Care and Trine’s Wardrobe Skin Care. We love her low-maintenance approach to fashion trends, whether it’s pairing band tees with pinstripe trousers or grounding a floral maxi with New Balance trainers. She nails it every time.
Topping the Insta stakes with a whopping 432k followers, creative director and stylist Pernille Teisbaek catapulted to stratospheric success with the launch of her fashion blog in 2012 and consequential success as street style and FROW royalty. Never one to miss out on the latest fashion trends (even when pregnant) Pernille’s wardrobe is the embodiment of cool Scandi style, intertwining tricky, high fashion pieces with timeless staples such as striped shirts and fitted blazers. Last year she even released her own book, suitably titled Dress Scandinavian.
Columbine Smille is the stylist, fashion director and Co-Founder of fashion site Space Matters. Not one of excessive self-promotion, you’re more likely to find contemporary photography or arty travel snaps on her well-curated Instagram feed – OOTD posts are few and far between. Yet despite this, Smille’s minimalist wardrobe has been long-chronicled by street style photographers and magazines, teaching us the beauty of tonal dressing and the timeless appeal of a well-cut coat.
