BOTTOMLESS BEACH BRUNCH

London’s only Thameside beach venue has jumped on one of the city’s favourite weekend past-times, the bottomless brunch. Unlimited Prosecco, cider or Neverland Cocktails flow alongside food, photo booths, entertainment and DJs. Nestled in the heart of Fulham, Neverland London are hosting two sittings every Sunday at 12-2pm or 3-5pm where drinks will flow throughout.

SUSHISAMBA INTO THE AMAZON

There’s exciting news for fans of Sushisamba as the iconic London eatery launches a new menu this summer. The menu uses ingredients sourced from the Peruvian Amazon and supports the restaurant’s partnership with Cool Earth. This UK-based charity is committed to halting the destruction of the rainforest, a cause close to the heart of Executive Chef Cláudio Cardoso. For a limited time guests can try Asháninka-influenced dishes from the Into The Amazon section on the menu. Tuck into Yuka with sesame, sweet potato and smoke emulsion or Corn Seviche made with white cusco corn, lime and red onion.

SKYLON’S NEW MENU

Head along to Skylon this weekend to try the new menu by recently appointed Executive Chef Kim Woodward. Kim is the first female Head Chef in the restaurant’s 126-year history and her food focuses on seasonal British produce. In addition to the new hands in the kitchen, the Skylon interiors have been refreshed to mark a new era for the iconic riverside restaurant.
