Dirty Bones, the home of NYC comfort food and cocktails, have created one of the best Christmas burgers this year. ‘The Holiday Burger’ is a venison and pork mince patty with hazelnut-brown butter mayo, smoked bacon, caramelised shallots and red cabbage marmalade on seeded brioche. It’s available across all London sites (Carnaby, Soho, Shoreditch and Kensington) and is one to definitely not miss.
FESTIVE VEGGIE BURGER AT THE VURGER CO
Probably the healthiest of this year’s Christmas burgers, The Vurger Co’s is packed full of plant-based goodness. Made from a roasted parsnip and chestnut patty, topped with homemade sage stuffing, parsnip tails and chilli cranberry jam, and slathered in clementine mayo, it sounds positively festive and delicious. Find The Vurger Co in Spitalfields Market feeding hungry Christmas shoppers between 11am and 7pm Monday to Friday until the 22nd December.
TURKEY, CHESNUT, AND CRANBERRY BURGER AT ALL STAR LANES
This festive season say no to cheap wine and tasteless turkey and enjoy one of London’s poshest Christmas burgers. At All Star Lanes, a turkey, chestnut and cranberry patty sits beneath a generous and mouth-watering layer of duck fat roasted potato salad, and is topped with a sausage and apricot stuffing fritter. For every Christmas Dinner Burger purchased, £1 will be donated to Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.

This December at Hawksmoor you can feast on one of the highest quality Christmas burgers. It has one turkey patty and one pork patty, crispy bacon, sprout tops, spiced cranberry ketchup and a slice of Ogleshield. THE STEAK FLAMBÉ AT HACHÉ
This year Haché have launched a festive menu to celebrate Christmas. The menu features some old favourites like the Steak Truffle and Steak Canadien, but the star of the menu is the festive Steak Flambé. This burger consists of a smokey sauce, tangy and tantalising grape chutney, and mouth-watering melted Camembert on a sweet brioche bun. To top it off, to recreate the iconic British Christmas pud, the Flambé is doused with Cognac and set alight at your table.
THE SAUCY SANTA AT THE CHOP HOUSE RESTAURANTS
The Saucy Santa Burger is a minced turkey patty topped with pickled red cabbage slaw, pigs in blankets and cranberry ketchup. This wonderful festive creation could be yours for £15 at The Chop Houses at Paternoster, South Place, and Butlers Wharf.
