Bircher muesli

Serves 4


  • 250g porridge oats
  • 650g almond milk
  • 210g grated granny smith apple
  • 70g natural yoghurt
  • 55g maple syrup
  • 70g toasted and chopped almonds
  • 10g apple juice
  • 15g lemon juice
  • assorted tropical and seasonal fruits and berries for garnish


Combine all ingredients, mix together and leave for 8 hours or overnight in the fridge.

Garnish with lots of fresh fruit and berries.
