A White Christmas at Angler Terrace

For the festive season, Angler Terrace has teamed up with Moët Vintage Champagne to bring a festive sparkle to its rooftop bar and terrace. This Michelin-starred D&D London fish and seafood restaurant has created a white Christmas on the seventh-floor rooftop bar by serving a range of Moët Vintage Champagnes, specially created cocktails and hearty small plates against refined, all-white interiors.

On offer are Narnia-inspired cocktails, the most popular – a Magical Martini made with fig liqueur, ‘miracle foam’ and sprinkled with raspberry dust. With the help of festival production maestros Fables Creative, the cosy rooftop wigwam will be transformed into a music hall hidden amongst the back alley Bohemia of Montmartre. Sip on Tarte Tatin Rum in the den of debauchery, warm up with Parisian spiked hot chocolate, a sharing fountain of Absinthe, or mulled port. To keep you steady on your feet, the little Paris kitchen will be serving up a feast. Highlights include a classic raclette and “The Moulin Ooze,” a mustard toasted sandwich with gruyere cheese, raclette, lady marmalade onions and dijon mustard.

This winter, Orrery, the gorgeous French restaurant in the heart of Marylebone will be bringing a taste of Les Alpes to London as they launch their alpine winter terrace. On the menu you will find a tantalising array of mountain classics from chef patron Igor Tymchyshyn. Taking inspiration from the rustic chalets peppered over France’s mountain slopes, the terrace is bedecked with frosted fir trees and fragrant pine cones. Guests can cosy up with sheepskin rugs while enjoying Diptyque’s winter candles which will fill the air with the fragrance of an alpine forest.
