Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai
Inspired by the regal, grand designs of 18th century continental Europe, the Emerald Palace Kempinski Palm Jumeirah offers palatial luxury with a contemporary twist. Comprised of 389 guest rooms, villas and suites, the Emerald Palace will offer the largest lead-in room category on Palm Jumeirah. It benefits from a 500m private beach, lagoon pool, Cinq Mondes spa facilities and eight exclusive culinary experiences, including Mix Restaurant by Michelin chef Alain Ducasse.

Palacio Can Marques, Mallorca
This gorgeous boutique hotel in Palma’s Old Town, Palacio Can Marques inhabits one of the city’s most historic properties dating back to 1760. French interior designer Aline Matsika has restored existing architectural details including Moorish tiles and Binissalem stone for inspiration. The 13 individually designed suites embrace the layout of the old Palacio structure with ornate furniture, contemporary art and custom-made lighting from Murano, all to create a stylish yet comfortable vibe. Palacio Can Marques is a passion project led by owner and visionary Kim Schindelhauer, who has now opened up the Palace’s doors to guests for the first time in 250 years.

LUX* North Male Atoll, Maldives
At LUX* North Male Atoll, contemporary whitewashed penthouses and villas are equipped with a roof deck. LUX* offers guests the chance to host dinners parties, set up a private cinema, learn about astrology or be taught to take photos of the night skies, all in the privacy of their own penthouse. The contemporary aesthetic, elegantly styled by Singaporean design group Miaja, evokes a Miami art deco feel. LUX* North Male Atoll will also offer numerous restaurants and bars, activities for all ages, and will be complete with the LUX* Me Spa.
Opening February 2019. Villas rates start from £1,940 per night for a couple on an all-inclusive basis, including transfer.
The Apurva Kempinski Bali
The 475 room Apurva Kempinski Bali presents itself as a majestic open-air theatre. Set amidst the dramatic cliffs and immaculate beaches of southern Bali, the resort positions itself around the themes of the spectacular, sensational, curated and serene, focusing on multi-platform experiences in order to make The Apurva Kempinski Bali the ‘Place to Discover’. Bali’s heritage and craftsmanship are reflected in the hotel’s design and facilities which include an ocean-facing spa and fitness centre, 60-metre pool, beachfront wedding chapels and seven dining venues.

The First Roma Dolce, Rome
The First Roma Dolce will be located on Via del Corso, one of the most iconic avenues in Rome. The 23 refined guest suites and rooms will be accompanied by an innovative patisserie-style restaurant. One of the latest developments from The Pavillions Hotels collection, this boutique hotel is housed within a classic 19th-Century building designed by the Italian architect and urban planner Giuseppe Valadier, who is known for creating many spectacular sites across the city. The hotel will also offer specialist services including a personal shopping consultant to assist in purchases ranging from the top fashion houses to the small speciality boutiques which Via del Corso is famous for.

Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese
A five-star boutique hotel, Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese will reopen on March 4th 2019. The extensive renovation by Jean Philippe Nuel will emphasise the fusion of La Dolce Vita heritage and modernism, classicism and design, the French Art De Vivre. The hotel is situated in a historic palace built in the 1890s, in a quiet yet prime central location overlooking Villa Borghese gardens, just steps away from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Featuring 78 rooms and suites, the hotel also includes a rooftop restaurant and lounge with panoramic views of the city.

Hard Rock Hotel Maldives & Saii Lagoon Maldives
Both hotels will open as part of the Maldives first integrated resort concept, featuring a luxury yacht marina, boutique shopping, an array of dining options, yacht club and a Junior Beach Club – available to guests staying at both hotels or a short speedboat ride for transiting travellers via Mahe.
Hard Rock Hotel Maldives will be inspired by local Maldivian culture and will infuse contemporary design features with tropical architecture throughout the property, alongside regionally-inspired, authentic music memorabilia complete with signature brand amenities. Saii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton will feature nearly 200 guestrooms, beachfront and overwater villas with an array of dining options and activities for the whole family.

AMARA, Limassol, Cyprus
The newest development from Cypriot luxury hospitality group, Stademos Hotels Plc, AMARA will be located in the coastal town of Limassol. Every one of the 207 guestrooms and suites will offer all-encompassing views of the Mediterranean Sea, thanks to the property’s advantageous beachfront position. A total of five exquisite restaurants will ensure AMARA’s position as a gourmet and foodie hot-spot. There will also be an on-site spa, fully equipped gym, an indoor heated pool, outdoor saltwater pool, and an infinity pool looking directly over the sea.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will open its first hotel in Greece later this year with the opening of Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens. Situated at the end of Astir peninsula on the Athens Riviera alongside scenic gardens and a selection of retail and dining spots, the hotel is a glamorous seaside escape just a short drive from the historical centre of Athens. This brand new Four Seasons resort is set to open in California’s premier wine region later this year.
