Bare in mind, you have one hour to complete your quest, so this one is definitely done best when sober.
Take to the 90’s dancefloor in this fun fitness class, complete with glow sticks, club anthems and disco lights. These easy-to-follow dance classes feel like a night out, except you’ll forgo the alco-calories and build your fitness. It’s a win win.
