Circus’ highly popular pan-Asian tasting menu, which has been designed for sharing by Executive Chef Andrew Lassetter, is regularly updated to feature exciting new dishes packed with fresh flavours and irresistible ingredients. Guests can expect dishes such as lime and cranberry miso salmon with ginger and pickled cucumber, ichimi pepper and smoked salt squid, sunflower seed and chicken yellow curry, truffle and sesame green beans and more. You can also level up your meal by pre-ordering the incredible black angus fillet steak, served with caramel soy, ginger shitake mushroom and asparagus. For plant-based fans, Circus also has an incredible vegan menu featuring the likes of agedashi tofu with konbu dashi, ginger, spring onion and daikon, soy glazed tempeh with roasted peppers, red onion, crispy chilli and sesame, quinoa and pomegranate san choy bau and more. 

The signature cocktails at Circus are designed to surprise and delight.  With an extensive cocktail menu suiting all tastebuds, there’s something here for everyone – from the exotic to the sweet, the fiery to the sour. Highlights include Highwire, a fruity and hearty drink which has a sweet and sour body featuring gin, gooseberries, rhubarb and lemon. Or Circus fans can rejoice with the sweet tropical Monkey Business, featuring spiced rum, amaretto, passionfruit and goji, served in a signature tiki mug. Or why not try a twist on a classic? Circus’ Dark’n’Stormy is a spicy and robust thirst-quencher with rum, lime, bitters and ginger beer. 

If cocktails aren’t for you, Circus’ fantastic full bar menu features spirits, wines, beers and more. Their exceptional range of outrageous and delicious gin and tonics includes Athena, mixing Portobello gin, grapefruit and rosemary tonic with a gin profile of juniper, cassia barka and nutmeg. Also on the G&T menu is Nemesis, with blood orange gin and Sicilian lemon tonic with blood orange and lemon peel to complete this refreshing delight. 

Are you staying alcohol free? Circus also offer a stunning array of booze free cocktails including Sarcal, featuring lychee, lavender, egg and citrus to create a creamy and aromatic beverage. Meanwhile, Solar Plexus mixes goji, pomegranate, hibiscus and soda for a fruit and fizzy thirst quencher.

Circus is known for showcasing the country’s finest circus performers. Regulars include the incredible Kitty Bang Bang, an international burlesque star whose career has encompassed starring in the first ever Bollywood film that featured burlesque. She has also choreographed scenes for ITV2’s Secret Diary Of A Call Girl. Her fire-breathing warms up audiences who are left amazed and stunned at her unbelievable skills. She is joined by the incredible aerialist Katharine Arnold, known for her roles in the Olympics Opening Ceremony as the aerial choreographer and performer, the hit show La Soiree, Disney’s live action Dumbo and Guy Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes II. World-class handbalancer Sammy Dinneen also regularly graces the stage. Known for astounding audiences and doing what most of us can barely manage on our feet while on his hands, Sammy has performed in the likes of Tony award-winning Pippin and Batman Live! The World Tour. Doug & Ed won the title of World Men’s Pairs champions in Sports Acrobatics in 2010 in Poland. Widely known from performing in Spellbound (BGT), they now bring their amazing hand-to-hand acrobatics to the stage, using comedy to breathe life into this highly skilled discipline. Australian dynamo and award-winning hooper Jess Love is a veteran of Circus Oz. Her hula hooping acts bring to life her skills as a sassy physical comedienne with a cheeky wink to the twisted soul of circus.

In between courses of delicious pan-Asian food and signature cocktails, the main Stage Table is cleared, the lights are dimmed and Circus is transformed into a live performance venue with these jaw-dropping artists.  Offering the perfect balance between luxury dining and outrageous fun, one thing is for sure: a night at Circus is a night like no other! 

Circus also host a popular bottomless brunch every weekend. Their delicious three course sharing menu is served alongside the option of bottomless prosecco or mimosas: the perfect way to kickstart your day with a bang. Things will heat up as for the very first time, Circus will open up their roof and let the sunshine in for the ultimate summer celebration. Known for their outrageous circus acts that thrill and entertain diners, the venue will also be featuring monthly special Pride away with the Circus events. These exclusive kikis will feature some of London’s finest Drag hosts and stunning boylesque, mixed with showstopping circus to provide flamboyant flair to the Pride party season.
