SCOTCHTAILS
The humble scotch egg, very much confined to the nibbles menu of a gastro-pub; how good could it get? Exceptional is the answer. Scotchtails have perfected the spherical snack with a wide-ranging flavour menu that includes chorizo, beetroot and lentil, and five chilli pork. Find them at Borough Market.
ROLA WALA
This London street food favourite focuses on everyday Indian fast food with their famous naan rolls filled with everything from charred chicken to Keralan chickpeas. They’ve set up permanent shop at Spitalfields market meaning they don’t strictly count as London street food… they’re just too good to miss out.
YUM BUN
