Dementia Action Week (DAW) 17-22 May 2022, is a national awareness event from the Alzheimer’s Society, designed to take action to improve the lives of people affected by dementia, and those around them. The theme this year is diagnosis.

In support of this, Loveday & Co, the leading expert in specialist dementia care, has gathered a panel of leaders in dementia diagnosis, treatment and care to take part in an online Q&A session covering everything dementia-related, for families with questions or concerns about their loved ones.

The ‘Loveday Answers’ webinar will take place on Tuesday 17th May at 7pm. Chaired by Anna Dobbie, editor of Caring Times magazine, the panel of experts includes Dr Julia Wood, Consultant in Practice Improvement and Dementia Care, Dr Tom MacLaren, Consultant Psychiatrist at Re:Cognition Health, and Gabriela Zackova, Director of Wellbeing & Dementia at Loveday & Co.

During this live Q&A the public can ask any questions about dementia from the signs & symptoms, to the importance of an early diagnosis, care at home and specialist care setting options, what to consider and where to go for help.

To join Loveday’s complimentary webinar, sign up here or search Eventbrite for Loveday Answers.

Questions can be submitted in advance to [email protected], or through the chat function during the webinar itself.
