The Lexi Cinema

anti-valentines

Valentine’s Day can feel a bit self-indulgent. All that planning to spend this, eat that; indulging yourself and your loved one to try this and that. All that considered, why not treat yourself, your partner and others by supporting one of London’s non-profit organisations? The Lexi Cinema is the UK’s first social enterprise independent boutique digital cinema. They  donate 100% of their profits to charity and are staffed predominantly by passionate local volunteers. Screenings are hand-picked from the latest releases, cult favourites and live theatre and opera. A cinema date is about as low-maintenance as it gets, but if you are looking to turn it up a notch for the big day, you can hire The Lexi for your very own private screening of whatever film takes your fancy.
