Jason Atherton’s recently opened restaurant, The Betterment, will be putting on a decadent Mother’s Day afternoon tea this year, created by head chef Paul Walsh. In partnership with Silent Pool gin, delights on the menu will include Brixham crab with citrus yoghurt on rye and an incredible Silent Pool gin and tonic cake, infused with citrus fruits and white chocolate. As if that wasn’t luxurious enough, world renowned cellist Aga will be performing throughout the service.
